Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural works, submissions, and site coordination across major building projects with a leading A1 main contractor.

The role requires coordinating interfaces with CS and M&E, reviewing drawings and specifications, liaising with consultants and subcontractors, and delivering quality on-site execution. Competitive salary SGD 6,500–8,500 negotiable with AWS, bonuses, benefits in a dynamic

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction or related discipline.
Relevant experience in architectural coordination for building projects.
Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
Good knowledge of architectural drawings, finishes and construction coordination.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural works, drawings and technical submissions.
Review drawings, material specifications and architectural requirements.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works.
Resolve design, technical and site coordination issues.
Monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
