Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support major LTA MRT Station and Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will coordinate M&E works, liaise with multiple interfaces and ensure design submissions align with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in M&E coordination within the Singapore construction industry.
• LTA, MRT or major infrastructure project experience strongly preferred.
• Main Contractor experience will be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of M&E services, drawings, technical submissions and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works for major LTA / MRT construction projects.
• Coordinate M&E services with civil, structural, architectural and station works.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions and construction requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on M&E coordination matters.
• Identify and resolve M&E interface, technical and site coordination issues.
• Attend technical, coordination and site meetings as required.
• Maintain relevant drawings, submissions, records and project documentation.
• Ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, quality, safety and LTA requirements.
