Job summary

ZHONG KAI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to oversee building projects, review drawings, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety compliance on site.

You will also prepare shop drawings, supervise drafting, and support ISO-compliant project delivery with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Architectural.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building/warehouse/HDB/maintenance construction.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in drafting using the software.
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
• Prefer PR / Singapore Citizen.

Responsibilities
