Job summary

SATO KOGYO (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural professional to lead and coordinate architectural works and interior decorations on building projects in Singapore.

You will report to the Technical Manager and ensure design development, shop drawings, and submissions are on time, within budget and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, strong REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency, and excellent communication and independent working abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture from local or overseas institutions.
• Minimum of ten years of practical experience in building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Report to Technical Manager and assist in managing, planning and coordinating architectural works and interior decorations to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
• Coordinate design and detailing with consultants, develop shop drawings, review submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines.

Job description

1. A Degree in Architectural from local or overseas universities or Diploma in Architectural from local or overseas polytechnics.
2. At least ten (10) years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
3. Report to Technical Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating architectural works and interior decorations to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
4. Coordinate design and/or detailing with consultants, develop shopdrawings, review of submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines.
5. Proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
