Role Description

The Architectural Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for coordinating architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure consistency and constructability. The role involves reviewing and updating construction drawings, managing submittals, and liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and site coordination issues. The Architectural Coordinator will support the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, assist in preparing documentation for approvals, and help ensure that architectural details meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Daily tasks include attending coordination meetings, monitoring design changes, supporting site teams with technical clarifications, and maintaining organized records of drawings and submissions.

Qualifications
