Job summary

BYO CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage coordination of architectural works for landed residential projects from construction through handover.

You will ensure drawings, specs, quality standards and schedules are met, coordinating with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site teams. The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Architecture-related fields, at least 2 years in architectural coordination, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building & Construction or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination within the construction industry.
• Experience in landed residential projects will be an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, construction practices and quality requirements.
• Able to coordinate independently with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Valid ACS/CSOC construction safety certificate or willingness to obtain the required certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings and site requirements with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Review architectural, structural and M&E drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve site coordination issues.
• Prepare and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions, samples and approvals.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for architectural works, including tiling, flooring, waterproofing, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, staircase and façade installations.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on workmanship, defects and rectification works.
• Coordinate with consultants and relevant parties for site inspections, authority requirements and project approvals.
• Assist in preparing TOP/CSC documentation, as-built drawings and project handover documents.
• Prepare progress reports and attend site coordination meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

1. Job Summary

2. Key Responsibilities
