Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE LTD is seeking an Architect with at least 3 years of experience in architectural finishing on local projects. You will supervise on-site works, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to Singapore codes and project requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, and supporting handover and TOP preparation. Strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of RI/TOP procedures are essential for

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in architectural finishing on local projects.
• Familiar with RI and TOP inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and local quality standards.
• CONQUAS certification or Greenmark knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing in local construction industry involved in HDB/MOE/LTA project
• Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation
• Strong knowledge in Singapore building codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation
• Candidates certified and registered in CONQUAS, and knowledge in Greenmark documentation will have an added advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
