Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee on-site architectural works, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. You will report to the Project Director/Project Manager and supervise on-site progress. The role requires a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in architectural coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical / site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractor's architectural work and ensure on-schedule delivery.
