Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction industry in Singapore as Architectural Coordinator.
• Diploma or above in relevant field.
• Candidate with experience in landed house & bungalow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate progress and quality of architectural works.
• Assist the PM on planning of schedule for calling of quotes from relevant subcontractors/suppliers and to ensure the accuracy of drawings and information supplied.
• Review architectural drawings for conflicts with structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve such conflicts.
• Coordinate, monitor and assist the subcontractors on the progress of work.
