CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks an experienced Architectural Coordinator to supervise construction works and coordinate design drawings with consultants. The role focuses on BIM data management, on-site adherence to approved drawings, and close collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Architecture, has 5+ years in similar projects, and is willing to work at a site office in Singapore.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the architectural field supervising construction works for similar scale projects.
Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
Experience on LTA projects or residential projects is a bonus.
Willing to work at a site office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authorities.
Review project specifications, clarifications and construction drawings.
Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client representatives, consultants and subcontractors.
Plan, manage and maintain BIM data to project requirements.
Create and maintain project template files to ensure standards.
Coordinate with other departments to manage and resolve clashes.
Liaise with subcontractors and prepare transmittals for drawings.
Check that works on site align with drawings and specifications.
Attend submissions of materials, sample boards and shop drawings for reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned.
