Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to support on-site architectural works in hospital projects. You will attend technical meetings, study drawings, coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors, and ensure works align with specifications. The role requires a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent, 5–8 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and a 5-day work week; willingness to coordinate complex sites and report

Qualifications

Diploma in Architecture or equivalent required.
5-8 years of experience in architectural coordination.
Experience in hospital projects preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5 days work week.

Responsibilities

Attend technical meetings / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
