Job summary

EXPAND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator with on-site experience to manage architectural works on-site, ensure coordination with the site team and adherence to design, quality and safety standards.

The role requires a degree in Architecture, at least 3 years of site coordination experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Strong coordination and communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in architectural site coordination or supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in site inspections, planning, and day-to-day site activities related to architectural works.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise site teams to ensure work is executed according to architectural design intent and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site.
• Handle all architectural-related coordination matters to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.
