Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in coordinating with architects, engineers and designers.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants to ensure architectural details meet project requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth implementation of works.
• Review drawings, specs and method statements for compliance with codes.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Resolve clashes between architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Assist in value engineering to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections for BCA, URA and local standards.
