Job summary

Qualifications

• Registrable with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
• Minimum of three years architectural experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on project implementation experience including site supervision, contract administration and consultant coordination.
• Familiar with construction-stage project management, contractor liaison, site issue resolution and documentation.
• Proactive, dependable with good communication and able to work independently or in a team.
• GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP, ISO9001 & ISO14001 qualifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from construction through to completion on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure design intent and quality.
• Manage site documentation and issue resolution during construction.
• Support contract administration and project coordination activities.
• Collaborate with project teams in a proactive, dependable manner.
