Job summary

design link architects pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced architect to lead and co-lead project teams from concept through construction in Singapore.

You will coordinate BIM workflows, prepare drawings for submissions, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering strong relationships with clients and authorities. The role requires 6–8 years of experience, a degree in architecture or BOA accreditation, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion/Enscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or BOA-accredited equivalent.
• 6–8 years’ architectural experience from concept to construction.
• Experience delivering private and public residential projects in Singapore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead project teams to drive successful delivery.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently from design to completion.

• Support procurement activities for new business opportunities.

Job Summary

• Responsible for leading or co-leading project teams

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority's requirements


• Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion


• Ensure project team's current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements


• Establish good working relationships with different parties to promote continued partnership


• Support the procurement of new businesses


• Review and modify all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc


• Review and make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authority for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors

Job Role Requirements

• Min. 6-8 years' experience as architectural assistant


• Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies of equivalent standing such as the Board of Architects (BOA)


• Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction


• Experience in private and public residential project in Singapore (preferred)
