Job summary

OPERCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a site coordination specialist.

You will support the project plan by coordinating with the client, consultants and subcontractors, supervise activities, and prepare shop drawings with minimal supervision while ensuring adherence to Safety Health Environment practices on site. You will report to the Project Manager, conduct meetings, handle scheduling, monthly claims and reporting, and perform other duties requested by Management.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager.
• Do schedule, monthly claims and report.
• Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcon on the nature of the works.
• Conduct / liaising of meetings to all parties.
• Coordinate / supervise / managing the nature of works based on project plan.
• Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.
• Other jobs as requested by Management
• Able to work independently & report to site PM
• Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervision
