Job summary

PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to report to the Project Manager and coordinate on HDB projects. The role includes scheduling monthly claims, liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and conducting meetings in line with the project plan.

The candidate should have a degree in Architecture, at least 4 years of HDB project experience, knowledge of local practices, and the ability to prepare shop drawings with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HDB Projects
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Knowledge of local practices and other architectural trades

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager.
• Schedule, monthly claims and reports.
• Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcontractors on the nature of works.
• Conduct / liaise meetings with all parties.
• Coordinate / supervise / manage works based on project plan.
• Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.
• Other tasks as requested by Management.
• Able to work independently and report to site PM.
• Able to do shop drawings with minimal supervision.
