Job summary

TIAN FU CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect/Finishes Supervisor to manage on-site finishes, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on schedule and cost controls in check. You will review drawings, liaise with subcontractors, monitor costs, and document progress to support efficient project delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent and at least 3 years local

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in local architectural works.
• Knowledge of CONQUAS scheme is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all architectural finishes works on site to ensure project standards are met.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Schedule architectural work, requisition materials, control costs, supervise projects, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with Architects, Structural and M&E staff, and sub-contractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards through regular inspections and enforcement.
