Job summary

GAMUDA BERHAD Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced architectural finishing professional to coordinate with the M&E team on finishing works, manage subcontractor shop drawings and material submissions, and prepare RI & TOP documentation for authorities.

The role involves compiling As-Built plans, supervising mock-up QA/QC processes, and planning signage installations for internal and external workshops, with a strong emphasis on Singapore codes and quality implementation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation and CONQUAS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with M&E team for coordination on finishing during the project finishing stage.
• Manage architectural subcontractor shop drawings and material submissions.
• Prepare RI & TOP documentation and submit to authorities.
• Compile As-Built plans.
• Oversee inspection and supervision of Mock-up and QA/QC processes.
• Plan and execute signage installation for internal and external workshops.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Preparing RI & TOP and submitting to authorities
• Compiling As-Built plans
• Overseeing inspection and supervision of the Mock-up and QA/QC processes
• Planning and executing signage installation for internal and external workshops

Requirements

• 5 years of working experience in architectural finishing work
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent, and a team player
• Candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations, and familiar with local standard quality implementation will be an added advantage
