Job summary

Qingjian Engineering and Construction invites an experienced architect to join our Singapore team. You will lead architectural planning, coordinate with consultants and clients, and oversee drawing submission and document control for our projects.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HDB/ residential construction experience. You will work closely with subcontractors to ensure workmanship standards and compliance with building regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or related field.
• At least 3 years of HDB/residences construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Architectural planning and coordination with consultants and document control.
• Prepare and coordinate construction and architectural drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
• Provide technical advice on building regulations.
• Attend meetings with consultants and subcontractors.

• Coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Provide technical advice to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations
• Attend meetings with consultants and sub-contractors.
