Job summary

THIAM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a professional to carry out architectural works, including scheduling and project supervision. You will coordinate with Architectural services and other trades, review drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications.

The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma in Architectural or equivalent, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services and other trades on site.
• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with Architectural specifications.
