• Handle Accounts Receivable matters for multiple centres
• Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
• Follow up on outstanding and past-due accounts
• Identify payment discrepancies and escalate issues where required
• Monitor slow-paying accounts and support collection activities
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments
• Support improvements to AR processes and workflows
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements
