Job summary

SEACARE HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable assistant to support daily collection, billing, posting, and account reconciliation. You will help the Finance team with month-end closing, audit preparation, and other accounting tasks in a hospitality setting.

You will monitor AR aging, issue statements, and follow up on overdue payments. Proficiency with Opera Cloud is an added advantage as you assist in financial reporting and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support AR function with daily collections, billing and posting.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare statements of account and record in Opera system.
• Assist month-end closing and audit preparation.
• Process debit/credit notes and refund approvals.
• Maintain filing for audit and financial reporting.
