Job summary

COMO Metropolitan Singapore is seeking an Accountant Assistant to support full sets of accounts, maintain AR records, and ensure timely, accurate financial data for hotel operations. You will perform GL maintenance, revenue recognition, monthly reconciliations between Opera and Sun Systems, and assist in GST/tax computations, audits, and internal controls.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or Higher Nitec in Accounting, 3–4 years hotel finance experience, and familiarity with Sun

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or Higher Nitec in Accounting.
• 3–4 years of hotel finance experience.
• Familiar with Sun Accounting System.
• Working level understanding of PMS Opera.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining AR records and general ledger entries accurately.
• Reconcile revenue-related accounts and ensure receivables postings are correct monthly.
• Cross-check Opera to Sun Systems postings and perform cashing reconciliations.
• Assist GST/taxes computations and support audit activities.
• Maintain internal controls and support annual financial statements.
• Record keeping and audit information for compliance.
