Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Singapore for a 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent. The role covers invoicing, billing, AR aging, and payment allocations, requiring meticulous reconciliation and collaboration with internal teams.

Location is Macpherson; immediate hiring. Prior AR experience in marine/oil & gas industry is welcomed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts receivable (AR) operations, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and customer statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Allocate incoming payments and ensure accurate posting of receipts into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate AR records and update customer account information.
• Assist with month-end closing and AR aging reports.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required.
