Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts receivable invoices and ensure accurate client billing.
• Record receipts in Oracle and maintain WHT certificates.
• Manage monthly accounts closing in line with corporate timelines.
• Prepare AR aging reports for Corporate and Contract Managers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and vessel schedules for stakeholders.
• Assist in budget preparation and obtain management approval.
• Ensure timely invoicing to clients and affiliates to reduce DSO.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts receivable (AR) invoices and ensure accurate client billing.
• Prepare and record receipts in Oracle, ensuring all withholding tax (WHT) certificates are received and kept up to date.
• Manage monthly accounts closing in accordance with corporate timelines.
• Prepare weekly accounts receivable aging reports for Corporate and Contract Managers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and vessel schedules for review by relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in budget preparation and ensure budgets are submitted for management approval.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients and affiliates to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
