Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional for a 9-month contract. The role involves reminder calls to patients, handling enquiries on bills, Medisave and financial assistance, and resolving billing disputes.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cases close successfully and maintain accurate records of collection activities and follow-ups. Prior AR, collections or credit control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Receivable, Collections or Credit Control experience preferred.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of customer service and administrative experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform reminder calls to patients to follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist patients with enquiries on outstanding bills, Medisave and financial assistance
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure cases are followed through to closure
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and follow-ups
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Receivable matters
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
