Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is recruiting for a contract Accounts Receivable role to support a leading research and innovation organisation. You will handle invoicing, SAP master records, and AR follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

The 7-month engagement offers exposure to billing processes, management reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Diploma in Accountancy and 1–2 years AR experience are preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent finance qualification.
• 1–2 years accounts receivable experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Organized and meticulous with strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and updating SAP Customer Master Records.
• Issuance of Invoices and Credit Notes.
• Ensure complete documentation for billing.
• Follow up with internal/external stakeholders on billing discrepancies and enquiries.
• Preparation of management reports for respective stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow-up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) with different Research Entities and customers.
• Clearing of AR Generic mailbox.
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned.
