Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an accounting/receivables clerk on a 6- to 12-month contract (extendable). The role covers project invoicing, AR collection, month-end close, GST and Corporate Tax support, and reporting to management.

Working at Bishan/Marymount offices, 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, you will assist with data maintenance, stocktakes, internal/external audit queries, and process improvements to support digitalization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Project invoicing & billing
• Collection management
• Accounts receivable management
• AR month end and year end closing
• Support with GST and Corporate Tax submission
• Preparation of reports related to sales, cash flow forecasts and billing summaries for management
• Conduction of detective controls
• Support with master data maintenance & review
• Support with stocktaking
• Handling internal & external audit queries
• Process improvements and digitalization
