Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable/AR senior to manage revenue accounting, reconciliations, and credit management for a 6–9 month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on intercompany settlements, rebates, and cash collection within a manufacturing environment.

You will review credits, ensure compliance with agreements, and prepare DSO dashboards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Min. degree in Accountancy; CA qualification preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR complexities within a manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience preferred; BI tools knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable and revenue accounting.
• Perform intercompany and third-party reconciliations.
• Review unbilled credits, GIT and customer claims.
• Compute intercompany rebates and commissions.
• Manage accruals and postings for rebates.
• Prepare DSO dashboards and collection forecasts.
• Process refunds and resolve disputes with cross-functional teams.
