Job summary

RISKDATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Oracle DBA to administer Oracle 11g/12c/19c, manage Exadata, ExaCC Gen 2 and ODA, and ensure optimal performance and availability.

You will use OEM 13c for target management and alerting, implement RAC, Data Guard and RMAN backups, and uphold data integrity and high availability.

The role includes migrations, patching, performance tuning with AWR/ADDM, 24x7 support, and automation with Shell, Python, PowerShell and OEM EM CLI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS RDS/EC2, PostgreSQL, and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations.
• Familiarity with monitoring/incident tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Geneos, Netcool, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle databases across Oracle 11g/12c/19c to ensure performance and availability.
• Manage Oracle Exadata, ExaCC Gen 2 and Oracle Database Appliance environments to support enterprise infrastructure.
• Use Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c for target management, monitoring, and alerting to maintain health.
• Implement and maintain Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN backups for data integrity and HA.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, and patching to keep systems current and secure.
• Analyze and tune performance using AWR, ADDM, and SQL Tuning Advisor.

• Manage Oracle Exadata, ExaCC Gen 2, and Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) environments to support enterprise database infrastructure
• Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM 13c) for target management, monitoring, agent configuration, and alerting to maintain system health
• Implement and maintain Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and high availability
• Perform database migration, upgrades, patching, and OEM Fleet Maintenance to keep systems current and secure
• Analyze and tune database performance using AWR, ADDM, and SQL Tuning Advisor to optimize query execution and resource utilization
• Support large-scale enterprise database environments and maintain 24x7 production operations to minimize downtime
• Automate routine database administration tasks using Shell Scripting, Python, PowerShell, and OEM EM CLI to improve operational efficiency
