Job summary

Inspire-Tech PTE LTD seeks a deployment engineer to serve enterprise and public-sector customers. You will deploy our application on-cloud and on-prem, advise on infrastructure, and resolve issues from installation to live support.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, container technologies, and scripting tools, plus exposure to customer-site deployments and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to customer-site deployments, security tools, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and test the application in cloud and on-premises environments to ensure smooth implementation.
• Prepare for and execute on-site deployments, troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime.
• Advise customers on infrastructure prerequisites aligned with their architecture goals.
• Troubleshoot dependencies including infrastructure, network, and security during implementation phases.
• Configure integrated solutions such as antivirus and third-party products to optimise system performance.
• Manage customer expectations effectively throughout deployment and support processes.
• Respond to customer issues via support emails and portal, providing timely resolutions.
• Test application releases for local and international customers to maintain quality standards.
• Run SQL queries to analyse usage patterns and assist senior developers in troubleshooting.
