Job summary

WINSYS TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD seeks an experienced lead for system deployment, implementation, and optimization of software applications and IT infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence, collaborate across teams, and provide expert technical support to enhance business performance.

You will work across the SDLC, develop technical specs, code, and integrate cloud solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and scalable systems for the organization in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, test, document, maintain, and optimize software applications to ensure reliable system performance.
• Develop technical specifications, design, code, and integrate computer, server, and cloud solutions with documentation and user guides.
• Provide daily operational technical support and field assistance to maintain system stability and user productivity.
• Conduct in-house proof of concept, research, and testing to validate new technologies and solutions.
• Apply SDLC methodology to manage software development and deployment processes effectively.
• Deliver support and engineering services to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer cybersecurity measures, system infrastructure, networking components, Windows servers, disk storage, and cloud platforms.
• Perform backup operations, disk space housekeeping, and manage user accounts to safeguard data integrity and system access.
• Provide direct IT support to employees, resolving technical issues and enhancing user experience.
