Job summary

Exasoft is seeking a skilled IT professional for Banking domain support in Singapore. You will troubleshoot and analyze Fabric-related logs, with expertise in Unix, SQL, Oracle technologies, and cloud connectivity.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders and experience in enterprise environments. Responsibilities include supporting production applications, contributing to governance reporting, and participating in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis across system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs.
• Knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security and access management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
• Experience in database migrations (DB2 to Oracle, on-prem to cloud).
• Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical services.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Banking domain. ( Strong Technical Unix, SQL, Oracle, cloud, Communication)
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing Fabric-related logs, including system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs.
• knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security, and access management.
• Extensive experience in Oracle technologies, including:
• SQL
• PL/SQL
• Oracle Forms
• Oracle Reports
• Performance Tuning
• Hands-on experience in database migration projects, including DB2 to Oracle and On-Premises to Cloud migrations.
• Experience in project documentation, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes including:
• Change Management
• Service Request Management
• Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical business services.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

Good to Have

• Hand on Ansible, or related infrastructure technologies.
• Exposure to financial services and trading platform support environments.
