Job summary

Exasoft is seeking a skilled IT professional with 3+ years in Banking domain to support complex, enterprise-grade applications. You will diagnose issues across Unix, Oracle, and cloud components, analyze Fabric-related logs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on migrations and security workflows.

You will engage in ITIL-aligned change and service request management, and contribute to production support for critical services. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Banking domain.
• Strong technical Unix, SQL, Oracle skills and cloud exposure.
• Experience troubleshooting Fabric-related logs across system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs.
• Knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security, and access management.
• Extensive experience in Oracle technologies, including: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Performance Tuning.
• Hands-on experience in database migration projects, including DB2 to Oracle and On-Premises to Cloud migrations.
• Experience in project documentation, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Change Management and Service Request Management.
• Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical business services.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for banking applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in database and application migrations and performance tuning.
• Document governance reports and operational runbooks.
• Ensure ITIL processes are followed and improvements tracked.
