Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Application Engineer to support advanced photomask inspection and repair systems across Singapore and the region.

You will provide first-level application support, troubleshoot issues, and submit structured escalation reports to HQ support teams. You will assist in acceptance testing, deliver training on system usage and software functionalities, and demonstrate software rollouts to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor, application engineering, process engineering, lithography, inspection, or technical customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level application support for advanced photomask inspection and repair systems at customer sites in Singapore and the region.
• Troubleshoot customer application issues and prepare clear, structured escalation reports for HQ support teams.
• Support acceptance testing for newly delivered systems to ensure readiness for customer use.
• Deliver customer training on system usage, application workflows, and new software functionalities.
• Demonstrate and support software rollouts, explaining application impact and new features to customers.
• Lead or support regular technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to track issues, progress, and next steps.
• Prepare and present technical materials to support customer engagement and sales activities.
• Track customer action items and open technical issues through to closure.
• Gather market and competitor feedback from customer interactions and share insights with HQ.
• Collaborate with HQ application, software, algorithm, and service teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Provide after-office-hours or weekend standby support when required by customer production needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related technical discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor, application engineering, process engineering, lithography, inspection, or technical customer support.

• Comfortable working independently and supporting customers on-site.

• Willing to travel regionally and attend overseas training when required.

• Open to after-hours or weekend standby support when needed.
