Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and provide remediation.
• Prioritize defects and plan releases.
• Develop programs and support SIT/UAT and deployment to production environments.
• Maintain production stability with risk and impact assessments.
• Verify and deploy programs; troubleshoot and upgrade existing software.
