Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Account/Delivery Manager with a strong technology background to lead large public-sector projects.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, pre-sales, cloud security, and governance, aligning business goals with technology solutions for scalable outcomes. This role requires collaboration with business users, technical teams, and partners, delivering reliable, high-performance platforms while ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Account/Delivery management with tech background (SailPoint, .NET, ESRI ArcGIS).
• 5+ years managing Singapore public sector projects and understanding their processes.
• Strategic planning and managing multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with tech.
• Experience designing, managing, and improving cloud systems.
• End-to-end pre-sales activity for Singapore government tenders.
• Strong cloud security and data protection knowledge, following standards.
• Proven track record on large, reliable, high-performance systems.
• Ability to work with business users, tech teams, and partners to deliver solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication with executives, and team guidance.
• Expert in Agile and Waterfall PM; familiar with AWS and DevSecOps.
• Experience in process automation and A1 initiatives.
• HR systems and SAP Finance are advantages.
• Customer-focused, translating needs into value and delivering commitments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a resource forecast, project planning, decisions and actions log.
• End-to-end delivery of implementation, upgrade, transformation and maintenance projects.
• Contribute to tender proposals with delivery team for solutions, effort estimates and commercials.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Manage change control, incident/risk logs and documentation.
• Enable secure integration and data exchange across government and enterprise platforms.
• Lead cloud security and compliance, managing risks per public sector standards.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, stability and user experience.
• Review and approve technical designs and resolve cloud/integration/security challenges.

Key Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Account/Delivery management with strong technology background with SailPoint, .Net Technologies and ESRI ArcGIS .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Singapore public sector customer projects with understanding of their processes and requirements.
• Experience Business strategist, planning and manage multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains.
• Strong experience working with designing, managing, and improving cloud systems.
• Experience in handling end to end pre-sales activities especially seasoned pre-sales/solution provider for Singapore government tenders
• Good understanding of cloud security, data protection, and following government or industry rules and standards.
• Proven track record of working on large, critical systems that require high reliability and performance.
• Ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and partners to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Strong ability to identify issues and fix complex technical problems, while guiding and supporting team members.
• Excellent communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
• Expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Good understanding of AWS cloud and DevSecOps,
• Experience in process automation and A1 initiatives.
• Experience in HR system and SAP Finance are added advantages.
• Strong customer focuses awareness and can evaluate activity against identified customer needs and demonstrates commitment to the customer.
