Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a technically skilled professional in Singapore to act as the main liaison between customers and the technical team. You will oversee software deployment, troubleshooting, training and ongoing customer relations to ensure successful project outcomes.

In this role you will support IMS software deployments, perform testing/QA, and work with consulting, development and sales teams to gather feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly.
• Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in process control, software deployment, factory scheduling or external sensors is a plus.
