Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking an Application Engineer to support the AIMS® and MeRiT® systems at customer sites in Singapore. The role involves diagnosing issues, delivering training, and driving improvements across both AIMS® and MeRiT® platforms.

You will work closely with HQ teams to translate customer requirements, perform acceptance tests, and present technical solutions. A strong engineering background, 3+ years in semiconductor applications, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor industry experience in application engineering or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and HQ training.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first-level application owner for AIMS® at customer sites and diagnoses issues.
• Prepares clear issue descriptions for HQ support and assists root cause analysis.
• Serves as technical bridge between customers and HQ to capture requirements and escalation topics.
• Leads or supports Acceptance Test Protocol activities for AIMS® deployments and trains customers.
• Defines and shares AIMS® use cases and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Develops solution concepts with HQ Application teams and supports customer implementation.
