Dimerco Express Singapore Pte Ltd invites candidates to join its AI and automation team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining AI-enabled applications, working with business users to translate needs into solutions, and supporting integration of AI into existing workflows.

The position offers opportunities to conduct research, produce basic documentation, and contribute to system testing and maintenance while staying current on AI technologies.

Competenze

• ITE or Diploma in IT or related discipline.
• Basic programming knowledge and willingness to learn AI.
• Familiarity with Python, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, APIs or AI/LLM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Work with business users to understand processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into application solutions.
• Assist with integrating AI/LLM capabilities into existing applications and workflows.
• Conduct research and simple proofs-of-concepts on AI and automation technologies.
• Prepare basic technical documentation, including BRS, TRS, RTM, and solution documentation.
• Support system testing, implementation, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance.
• Work with internal IT teams, business users, and vendors on application development and support.
• Monitor application performance and assist with system improvements.
• Keep updated on AI, software development, and automation technologies.
• Perform other IT-related duties and projects as assigned by Management.

About the Work

About You

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, AI, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of programming and software development.
• Familiarity with Python, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, or AI/LLM technologies will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and develop skills in AI and application development.Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
