- Ensure architectural decisions remain relevant and effective as project requirements evolve
Requirements Analysis & Feasibility Assessment
- Collaborate closely with business analyst teams during the requirement analysis phase
- Evaluate functional specifications for technical feasibility and implementation viability
- Proactively identify requirement gaps, technical challenges, and potential roadblocks
- Highlight disproportional construction efforts and recommend practical alternatives
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
Development Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership to development teams using established methodologies
- Ensure solutions meet both functional requirements and system performance standards
- Champion the adoption of best practices, proven frameworks, and reusable components
- Guide teams in making sound technical decisions that align with architectural vision
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide expert guidance to project teams

Client Engagement & Communication
- Engage directly with clients to explain architectural decisions and their business benefits
- Articulate the rationale behind technology selections in clear, accessible language
- Address technical concerns and questions with confidence and clarity
- Build trust through transparent, human‑to‑human communication about technical solutions
Pre‑Sales Solution Architecture
- Serve as a Solution Architect during pre‑sales activities, helping shape winning proposals
- Review and validate technical solutions proposed by our teams
- Assess resource estimates for accuracy and feasibility
- Ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and NCS capabilities
Technical Advocacy & Industry Presence
- Act as an NCS technical ambassador within the broader IT community
- Participate actively in IT‑related professional societies and industry groups
- Represent NCS as a speaker or panelist at trade shows, seminars, and industry events
- Share insights and expertise that position NCS as a thought leader in technology services
- Help NCS win mindshare by demonstrating our technical expertise and innovative thinking
Qualifications
- At least 8 years in ICT architecture, with strong exposure to large‑scale Oracle Identity Management (OIM/OAM/OIG) solution design and delivery.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Identity Management technologies and integration with enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement end‑to‑end identity and access management solutions, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and federation.
- Certifications in Oracle Identity Management, ITIL, TOGAF, Cloud, or security domains are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and integration with cloud/on‑premises platforms.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, audit, and risk management in IAM contexts.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, using both traditional and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation practices for IAM solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, resilient, and a strong team player, able to manage complex solutions and deliver common goals.
