Job summary

Football Association of Singapore is seeking an Executive, Operations (Apparel Coordinator) to manage day-to-day apparel inventory control, order tracking, and timely distribution of FAS apparel to National Teams, staff and match officials. You will maintain records, coordinate with apparel partners and internal teams, flag risks early and support matchday operations.

The role requires a diploma or degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or apparel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Management, Operations Management, Business preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, apparel fulfilment or operations coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in inventory management and documentation.
• Well-organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels by size, issuance, returns, transfers, exchanges, replacements, samples and approved write-offs.
• Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand and recommend replenishment ahead of competitions, tours and events.
• Coordinate apparel orders and replenishment with apparel partners and approved partners per policies.
• Monitor supplier lead times, follow up on deliveries and highlight risks.
• Verify received goods against orders and resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• Coordinate logo embellishment and printing requirements with vendors and internal departments.
• Coordinate sizing exercises and consolidate confirmed apparel requirements from relevant departments.
• Manage apparel allocation, packing, issuance and handovers to National Teams, referees, staff within timelines.
• Update stakeholders on order status and flag incomplete or late requests.
• Support matchday and event operations, including logistics coordination and on-site requirements.
• Assist with supplier coordination, quotations and procurement administrative matters.
• Monitor assigned tasks and escalate critical issues with proposed solutions.
