Job summary

DAP Asia Pacific (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily transport operations, serve as the first contact for drivers, and assist in coordinating solutions as needed. The role also supports order processing and gains hands-on experience in warehouse management and logistics.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field and 1+ years in transport/logistics.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
1+ years in transportation, logistics or warehouse ops.
Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily fleet deployment plans to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment.
Oversee GPS tracking and fleet management systems to enhance fleet performance and daily order fulfilment.
Maintain documentation, monitor fuel usage and track driver parking and ERP claims.
Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance; liaise with leasing companies on issues.
Handle operation phone and communicate with colleagues and clients for effective problem-solving.
Accept ad-hoc transport jobs and upload to system.
Assist warehouse management tasks under supervision to ensure inventory handling and dispatch.
Support outbound and inbound order processing as needed.
