Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail when checking measurements, SKUs and product data.
• A follow-up mindset with strong time management to close open loops and meet launch deadlines.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for data management.
• Clear written communication and ability to flag issues early.
• Interest in apparel, fit and fabric.

Responsibilities

• Support the brand founders through product development, from sampling and fittings to finalisation.
• Own product accuracy by verifying fabric, care and product information and maintaining master data for all SKUs.
• Plan and direct product photoshoots and styling with creative partners to ensure accurate, commercially effective imagery.
• Create and upload accurate product listings across website and marketplaces, including SKU mapping, descriptions and imagery.
• Conduct final launch accuracy checks and share verified information with Marketing and Customer Service.
