Job summary

The Football Association Of Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive for Matchday Operations and Logistics. You will support planning, execution and post-event reporting across national team matches and domestic events, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include venue setup/teardown, inventory control, apparel coordination, security planning and cross-functional coordination with vendors and stadium operators. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields as listed.
• 1–3 years of experience in sports operations or events preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Support matchday delivery across events and competitions.
• Assist with venue logistics, security coordination, apparel operations and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, venue operators and external stakeholders.
• Prepare operational plans, venue layouts, runsheets and post-event reports.
• Maintain records and contribute to continuous process improvements.
