Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an HR Director for Enabling Functions across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. You will shape people strategy, partner with senior leaders, and guide organization design to enable growth and transformation in a complex matrix environment.

You will work with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and other functions, translating global priorities into regional priorities while driving leadership development and succession planning across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years leading HR in global matrixed organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategy.
• Experience across multiple Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa markets.
