Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an HRBP Director, Footprint to lead people and organizational workstreams for global manufacturing footprint initiatives across APAC.

This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and HR Centers of Excellence to translate expansion strategies into workforce and HR execution plans from site assessment to launch and stabilization. The incumbent leads HR activities for footprint projects, develops launch plans, ensures readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing operations.
• Proven success leading site expansions, greenfield projects, or large-scale workforce initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Footprint Strategy & Site Expansion: Partner with leaders on manufacturing footprint and expansion strategies.
• HR Program Leadership: Lead HR workstream for global footprint projects and develop launch plans.
• Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Design workforce plans and hiring strategies; build pipelines.
• Talent, Culture & Organizational Effectiveness: Build leadership capability, succession plans, and development frameworks.
• HR Operations & Governance: Establish HR processes, policies, and governance for new sites; ensure payroll, onboarding, benefits, and HR tech readiness.
• Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Influence senior leaders and coordinate HR Centers of Excellence to deliver objectives.
