Job summary

Katalon is seeking a Director of Sales – APMEA based in Singapore (or Ho Chi Minh City) to lead enterprise SaaS sales across Asia-Pacific and build a small regional team.

You will own strategic customer relationships, win new business, protect renewals and translate technical value into business outcomes for executives, while collaborating with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding enterprise SaaS sales targets.
• Experience leading or coaching quota-carrying sellers.
• Commercial experience across Asia-Pacific, especially SE Asia.
• Strong English communication and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the APMEA revenue plan and deliver new business, expansions and renewals.
• Lead a focused portfolio of strategic accounts and build executive relationships.
• Close enterprise opportunities from discovery to signature.
• Coach regional sales teams and align with partners and internal teams.
• Maintain pipeline and accurate forecasts; surface risks early.
