Katalon, a leader in AI-augmented software testing, invites an experienced Director, Sales - APMEA to grow our regional business across Asia-Pacific. You will own strategic enterprise relationships, build and lead a small sales team in Vietnam and India, and drive new business while expanding existing accounts.

This role blends direct customer impact with regional leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the revenue leader, you will collaborate with Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing and CS

Qualificações

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise SaaS sales targets.
• Experience coaching quota-carrying sellers with demonstrable results.
• Commercial experience across Asia-Pacific markets, esp. Southeast Asia.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the APMEA revenue plan with the revenue leader and drive new business, expansion and retention.
• Lead a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building executive relationships.
• Create and close new enterprise opportunities from discovery to signature.
• Coach and develop the regional sales team through live customer work.
• Build relationships with regional partners and translate plans into opportunities.
• Maintain a credible pipeline and accurate forecasts in the CRM; surface risks early.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Product.
• Spend time with customers, partners and the team in the field to strengthen regional presence.
